As Personalized Learning Instructional Coaches at Natick High School, part of DESE’s Inclusive Academy, we work with educators to remove barriers to student learning through evidence-based strategies. In our session, we will highlight Novak Education’s UDL Look-Fors, focusing on engagement, actions, and expression through goal setting and self-reflection. Our first year in the Inclusive Academy has revealed new pathways for advancing personalized learning, and we'll share insights from our collaboration with educators on implementing these strategies in the classroom.
