Participants will learn how the Instructional Technology Specialist and the Art Teacher brought the digital citizen characters to life, by covering both the art (analogous colors) and digital literacy curriculum. That initial integration led to 2 more TechArt projects that will also be presented. The first involved creating a landscape value digitally. The second involved a habitat project (second grade science curriculum), students sculpted an animal, painted a habit and created a stop motion video. The purpose of the session is: to spark creativity with participants who may want to accomplish the same or similar projects, to review what would be done differently next time, and to engage in valuable discussions between participants and presenter (great learning experience for both sides)
