Participants will learn how to create a one page Google Site allowing them to personalize and organize all the resources they need on a regular basis. It will provide ideas on the types of resources that can be organized on the Site which may include: attractive links to most used websites, Forms, Docs, Slides presentations, as well as embedding Google Calendar and booking sites. The objective of is to allow participants to leave the session with: 1. an understanding of the advantages of having a dashboard 2. concrete ideas on the types of items to include 3.ways to personalize the dashboard 4. the ability to construct one easily The workshop will include a demonstration of my dashboard and how I use it, a brief overview on how to use Google Sites (links and resources will be provided for those who need more instruction), access to one or more templates, discussion about the different ways to link the participant's resources and a question/answer/practice opportunity.
