The session will center on best practices in educational environments to increase levels of engagement and inclusiveness that allow all students to thrive. Focus will be given to DEIA solutions that foster equity, access, and inclusion for special populations as we work together to create a more equitable society. Federal, local and state policy requirements that support student initiatives – especially diverse learners and students with disabilities will be covered. Strategy will be provided in hopes of emphasizing the role of leadership, faculty and staff in adopting both policy and practice that will lead to improved outcomes.
