Looker Studio has the potential to solve a number of problems that often arise in education settings. Curriculum materials are often scattered across multiple users & accounts, teachers (new & existing) often don’t have quick, organized, and efficient access to curriculum materials, long term improvement plans are often limited to documents that fail to visualize or track progress against improvement targets. This session will explore how Looker Studio can be used across multiple scenarios in education to improve access to materials for educators, improve communication with parents and the school community, and many more use cases. The session will provide models and the process of designing Looker Studio Dashboards that workshop participants can use to design custom dashboards for their district. Core skills in Looker Studio design will be explored and techniques for organizing data in Google Sheets to transform raw data into well organized, visualized and shareable information.
