Nancy has been with Lawrence Public Schools since 1997, beginning as an Instructional Technology Teacher for grades 1-8. After six years, she taught at Lawrence High School and served as Dean of Students before becoming a Co-Leader at the Oliver Partnership School, Massachusetts' first Union-Management collaboration school. She later returned to Lawrence High as the Assistant Principal of the Upper School Academy.

A proud Lawrence High graduate, Nancy holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Regis College and Master's degrees in Educational Technology and Leadership. She advocates for collaborative environments, believing that engaging all stakeholders is essential for student and teacher success, and values partnerships with parents and the community to enhance the educational experience.
