From Data to Support: Using Student Well-Being Dashboards to Guide Action
Description

Student well-being data is most useful when educators can interpret it clearly and turn it into action. In this hands-on session, PEAR will guide participants through a practical process for using dashboard data to understand student strengths, relationships, engagement, resilience, and support needs. Participants will explore sample, de-identified Holistic Student Assessment dashboard views and practice asking: What strengths can we build on? Which students or groups may need support? What patterns should inform Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 planning? This session will model transferable data-use routines that educators can apply with student support, SEL, school climate, or well-being data systems. Participants will leave with a simple interpretation protocol and one draft action step for their own school or district.
