Instructional coaching is relational and reflective work. But most coaching tools are built for documentation, not for people. In this Educator Playground session, participants explore how Notion can be used to design coaching workflows that honor the complexity of adult learning. Through short demos and guided discussion, we will examine how to frame coaching cycles that balance structure with flexibility, use linked databases to connect goals, evidence, feedback, and reflection, and track coaching impact over time without flattening it into numbers. Participants will leave with a starter Notion template and a framework for adapting it to their own coaching context. No prior Notion experience required. This session is relevant for instructional coaches, edtech coaches, curriculum coordinators, and building leaders at any level.
