AI provides unprecedented opportunities and challenges for teaching and learning. How do we preserve the authenticity of student work and capture the creativity and intention behind their learning? This interactive session explores practical strategies for navigating the AI era while upholding academic integrity and fostering deep learning.
Participants will explore key indicators of authenticity in student work, moving beyond surface-level evaluation to identify the unique voice and intellectual contribution of each learner. We will also examine how to recognize and assess the evidence of intention: the deliberate choices, critical thinking, and student creation that demonstrate understanding.
