The Human Advantage: Using AI to Strengthen School Leadership
Description
AI can help school leaders move faster, but the real opportunity is using it to lead with greater clarity, reflection, and purpose. In this session, participants will explore how AI can serve as a thought partner for everyday leadership tasks, including family communication, staff messaging, instructional feedback, meeting planning, school culture, and decision-making. The session will also highlight how leaders can create customized chatbots or AI workspaces that hold key information, follow specific rules, and support more consistent thinking. Participants will consider how to decide what information matters, how to shape AI output with their own context and values, and when relationships, empathy, and professional judgment must guide the final decision. The goal is not to replace the leader’s voice, but to strengthen it. AI can draft. Leaders decide.
