Description
States and districts across the country are reporting critical teacher shortages due to challenges with teacher recruitment and declines in teacher retention. Research suggests a shortage of 112,000 teachers for the 2020-21 school year. These shortages are particularly concerning for teachers of color. This is true for Massachusetts which is why we have been spreading the word about the program. As a CTSO in the state, we focus on education exclusively and provide many opportunities for students to get involved.
