Building on the Future Ready Librarians Framework 3.0, this session focuses on growing as leaders in AI, literacies, advocacy, and more. Participants will deepen their understanding of the framework while examining their own leadership within it. The framework is explored as a guide for professional growth, leadership identity, and intentional impact. Connections will be made to daily library practice, including AI literacy, multiple literacies, digital citizenship, equity, intellectual freedom, and instructional partnerships. Through reflection and discussion, librarians will identify strengths, explore areas for growth, and consider how their leadership is already shaping learning communities. Attendees will engage in goal-setting to develop actionable steps they can apply immediately. Participants will leave with ideas, inspiration, and clear, practical goals to strengthen their impact as future-ready library leaders.
