Cognitive Audit: Reality Check — An Administrator's AI Toolkit
Description
How are you actually using AI as a school leader — and what are you missing? This hands-on session opens with a two-part cognitive audit prompt that analyzes your real AI chat history against a typical administrator job description. The result is a personal snapshot: where AI is doing cognitive lift for you, and where it isn't showing up at all. From there, participants explore a living library of prompts and tools organized across five leadership domains: Instructional Leadership, Communication & Engagement, Operational Management, Student Support & Climate, and Strategic Planning. Every resource comes from real administrative practice — not theory. Participants leave with the audit prompt, a copy of the full toolkit, and a framework for thinking about AI as presence-builder rather than time-filler. Designed specifically for principals, assistant principals, curriculum directors, and district leaders ready to move beyond curiosity and into intentional practice.
