From Idea to Impact: Making Change Stick
Description
Even the best technology, initiative, or instructional strategy will fall short if people are not prepared and supported to use it effectively. This interactive session explores the human side of implementation using a simple change management framework to examine what happens when vision, skills, incentives, resources, or an actionable plan are missing. Participants will apply the framework to a real initiative from their own district, identify likely barriers to adoption, and leave with a practical way to plan for change that goes beyond training and communication.
