Dr. Gary Stager is a teacher educator, author, consultant, publisher, and keynote speaker who has taught learners from preschool through doctoral studies. In 1990 he led professional development in the world's first laptop schools, and he later collaborated with Seymour Papert at the MIT Media Lab and on One Laptop Per Child. He founded the Constructing Modern Knowledge summer institute in 2008 and co-authored Invent To Learn, widely called the "bible of the maker movement in schools."
