Ela Ben-Ur helps people and groups make positive change. Her work, Innovators' Compass, distills practices from engineering to leadership into a set of accessible questions used in schools, companies, and communities worldwide to navigate big and small challenges. An MIT and IDEO design thinker, she has led workshops at SXSW and NSTA and teaches product and life design at Olin College.
