Ela helps people make positive change. Her Innovators’ Compass with five powerful questions is used in schools, companies, and communities. An MIT and IDEO design thinker, she’s led workshops at SXSW and NSTA and teaches product- and life-design at Olin College. Her daughters are her inspiration.
