With two decades in school and district leadership in the Falmouth Public Schools, Sonia recently transitioned to the Cape Cod Collaborative as the first-ever Director of Professional Growth & Innovation. Sonia holds a bachelors in English and a masters in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State University as well as doctorate in Education Leadership from Boston College. Sonia is an advocate for transformative learning experiences that balance hands on engagement, blend pedagogies, and drive ongoing innovation.
