Dr. Regina Robinson, Ed.D. is the special assistant to the DESE Commissioner for stakeholder engagement. She joined DESE in 2021 as a deputy commissioner overseeing planning and research, equity-focused leadership, policy, and program development, student and family support, secondary pathways of career technical education and charter schools, adult basic education, and early college. Regina is a skilled public speaker in K-12 and higher education spaces with a passion and expertise in student success for over 25 years in roles as a former college administrator, instructor, and school committee member to current statewide leader for stakeholder engagement. Her favorite role is mom to four teenage stars, one with Down syndrome, who shapes her work every day.
