AI, Bullying, Scams, and Student Wellness: Real Risks Right Now
Description
Part 1: Participants will explore how AI is reshaping digital risks for students and how these emerging challenges are appearing in schools right now. Participants will learn how students are using AI tools, how scammers and other bad actors are leveraging AI to manipulate and exploit youth, and why these incidents are becoming more difficult to identify and address.
Part 2: Through realistic, discussion-based scenarios inspired by situations schools are quietly managing every day, participants will collaborate to develop practical response strategies, prevention practices, and support systems that can reduce harm and improve school readiness. The session will emphasize actionable approaches educators, counselors, administrators, and student support professionals can immediately bring back to their school communities.
