What does professional learning look like when AI is changing faster than any training calendar can keep up? In this panel session, innovative district and school leaders share how they are rethinking the design, structure, goals, and content of professional learning in the age of AI. Presenters will share specific approaches to building educator capacity in ways that deepen instructional priorities and provide a foundation for supported AI exploration and integration. Audience members will have multiple opportunities to interact with presenters and each other as they provide feedback and share their own approaches and experiences. Participants will leave with a free AI planning tool built in Playlab to audit and plan their own professional learning, and a framework for building internal AI capacity as the field continues to shift.
