Amanda Marsden is the communications director at Media Literacy Now, a nonprofit advocating for K–12 media literacy education. With nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit communications and advocacy, Amanda helps translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that advance mission-driven work.

As a parent of two, Amanda is personally invested in Media Literacy Now’s mission to ensure all young people develop the skills they need to thrive online and offline, harness the benefits of technology, and safeguard themselves against potential harms. Outside of work, she serves on the PTA and is, by their own account, a chronic over-volunteerer.
