Brett Pierce is founder and Executive Director of Meridian Stories, a digital storytelling nonprofit that challenges middle and high schoolers to create narratives around core curricular goals. A former English teacher and Colby College instructor, he spent much of his career at Sesame Workshop as a Co-Executive Producer on media projects for youth around the world. He is the author of Expanding Literacy: Bringing Digital Storytelling into Your Classroom (Heinemann).
